AI-Generated Artwork — Print Guidelines

AI-generated artwork is welcome, but AI does not automatically mean print-ready. Please review your artwork carefully before submission.

• File: PDF. Accompanying logos/line art: vector PDF, SVG, or EPS.
• Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size for best quality.
• Size: Create artwork at the size needed be sure to include a safe area and bleed when needed.
• Bleed: 0.125" (1/8") on all sides when artwork extends to the edge.
• Safe Area: Keep text/logos at least 0.125" from the trim edge.
• Color: CMYK. AI artwork is often RGB, so printed colors may differ from your screen.
• Text: Check all AI-generated text for spelling, characters, and accuracy.
• Artifacts: Inspect faces, hands, fine details, logos, and small text for AI errors.
• Copyright: You are responsible for having permission to reproduce submitted artwork, logos, photos, characters, and other protected content.
• Proofing: You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final proof before production.
